The thoughtfully designed homes feature the development debut of interior design firm Katch I.D. Their tailored approach emphasizes classic materials that speak to the authentic ‘old New York’ nature of the neighborhood in a way that feels fresh and luxurious for today’s modern homes.
New York based architecture firm William Leggio Architect LLC designed the exterior of the building, an adaptive reuse of a former theatrical lighting wholesale supply building, with a façade of bluestone brick with carefully curated edges accented by simulated wood spandrels. The development team also repurposed the building’s original construction, utilizing the existing load bearing walls and showcasing the original wood joists in select areas.
These curated kitchens define tasteful with highlights such as an all-Miele appliance package, including 30-inch or 36-inch bottom-mount refrigerator/freezer with custom paneling and 30-inch stainless steel induction range with M Touch controls and four variable cooking zones or 36-inch, 6-burner stainless steel dual fuel range with M Touch controls; Arabescato Cervaiole honed marble slab countertop paired with Ann Sacks Foundation Brick backsplash; and a Blanco undermount stainless steel sink with Grohe satin nickel faucet.
